Scientific coordination and Project management

The goal of this WP is to coordinate, administer and manage the various project activities to ensure that they are running smoothly, effectively, successfully and according to the planned time schedule. The scientific coordination and project management are carried out through regular (at least every 2 months) formal and informal meetings of the entire working team, individual groups of it and/or the leaders of the working packages.

During these meetings the main focus of discussions is on:

• progress of the activities;
• scientific or technical approaches for solving concrete tasks;
• different problems and ways to resolve them.
